Toddler Tastic Yoga
. A 45 minute class which develops all the senses and teaches yoga through music, story, dance and a dollop of your imagination (followed by tea and biscuits for parents / carers).

Using Yoga to help enhance dexterity, build confidence and empower through dance, movement, role play and mindfulness

THURSDAY YOUTH YOGA
6.40-7.40pm

Adult Vinyasa & Hatha
Bringing together breath and movement, based on the classical principles of Hatha. This will calm the mind and re-invigorate the body. Students are encoraged to listen to their own needs; all levels are welcome

Pregnancy Yoga
Yoga to enhance the pregnancy journey, including special breathing techniques to calm and restore
Meditations and relaxations to build an even stronger bond between mummy and baby. Build tools to make the birthing experience a calmer one

School Clubs
Breakfast, lunch time and after school clubs for primary and secondary schools
These can be workshop or weekly classes, depending on the needs of the students
Introducing children to yoga and mindfulness
Yoga sessions and training sessions are also avaliable for teachers

Mindfulness & Meditation
Mindfulness and meditation will be encorporated into all yoga session but if you or your child need some relaxation, visualisation or mindfulness techniques to calm the body and soul we can organise these
Private, family sessions & parties
We offer bespoke sessions tailored to your specific needs e.g. Birthday parties for all ages, family yoga sessions and one on ones
